New to Olympic Lifting or Powerlifting?

We’d love to have you join us at Denver Barbell Club. We welcome people of all experience levels because we believe everyone can benefit from strength training and our electric environment.

For individuals with no experience in Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting, we’ll meet with you for 1 to 2 technique sessions to introduce you to the movements and teach you the vocab. Once completed, you’re free to join the gym where you’ll be supplied with our beginners program and our famous coaching.

Olympic Weightlifting Technique Intro: $100

  • Includes 2 private sessions to learn Snatch and the Clean & Jerk technique

Powerlifting Technique Intro: $75

  • Includes 1 private session to learn Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift technique

If you have some lifting experience, but are looking for more of a technique refresher, hit us up about our private technique sessions!

Experienced Weightlifter / Powerlifter / CrossFitter?

Maybe you have an Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting or have a CrossFit background? Are you just a tad rusty, want to specialize a bit more or you’re tired of lifting by yourself in the back of a Crossfit gym? In that case, you’re welcome to drop into any of our Coaching Hours to check out the gym. We allow experienced folks to take the gym for a free test drive!
