For those that want to train like a DBC Black & Gold Athlete but don’t live close enough to train with us. You can sign up via Train Heroic to follow our programs online. We have four tracks:
Team Black & Gold Men:
For the healthy, male club lifter who needs to train at a high level while also allowing time for work, family, and other types of fun.
Team Black & Gold Women:
For the healthy, female club lifter who needs to train at a high level while also allowing time for work, family, and other types of fun. This program specifically addresses the physiological differences in women in order to build strength and speed. Our ladies move weight, so will you.
Olympic Weightlifting Supplement for CrossFit:
Increases your proficiency and efficiency at the Olympic Lifts which translates to faster times/more reps.
This program delivers massive gains in strength and speed to improve cyclists’ performance on the track and the course.
Each month you receive Individualized programming, feedback on performance, instruction on how to improve technique, and weekly video analysis.
